The inlay will run me a couple of weeks and putting the fingerboard on the neck will take another couple.  So i am hoping the body is complete about the same time as the neck and then I can assemble.  So I am shooting for before Christmas but we&amp;#39;ll see... I read somewhere wh...</title><content type='html'>My process has been changing.  I read somewhere where they recommend not using oil at all and if necessary use sparingly.  Since then I have seen people recommend using it.  I think for the bodying you don&amp;#39;t use any, should be fairly wet in the beginning.  But as I have done more and more Glazing I do see a need and it seems to help.  I use the oil very sparingly.  I saw a video on the internet and he put a lot on so I have been experimenting but still on the sparingly side.  The issue is the oil will need to evaporate or be removed.  I still use so little that I haven&amp;#39;t used naptha.  I give it 24 hours between sessions and then stiff with alcohol which seems to work well. YMMV!  I personally use Olive Oil (extra virgin) and it has worked well.  I have seen references to other oils like Walnut, but I had Olive and it seems to work fine.
